Waterwise Swim School Canning Vale

We have tried several swim schools in the area and Waterwise has been by far the best for our family. The classes are small, the staff are knowledgeable and kind and the children have picked up new skills quickly whilst having fun.

I would highly, highly recommend Waterwise. The school and the staff are amazing, and my kids absolutely love their swimming classes. They were doing classes elsewhere previously but have significantly improved since joining Waterwise. The team are an absolutely pleasure to work with. Thank you!

A long way for us to travel, but hey when you want the best for your toddler, and when u see their progress, all well worth it. Nice clean facility and disable friendly. Thanks Waterwise.

My children have been having swimming lessons at Waterwise since 2020 and it has been amazing for them. The reception are lovely, professional and easy to communicate with. The swimming teachers are all firm, fair, kind, and knowledgeable in all the right proportions. My children have learnt so much about swimming and water safety; and as a parent I feel much more confident in their water safety.

I have been using Waterwise Swim School for more than 7 years for my three kids. We stared with the drowning prevention for all three and they have progressed through the stages as their skills improved. I can’t recommend them highly enough for their professionalism and ability to teach high need children. I have ASD, ADHD and neuro-typical in the mix and they have all thrived with Stacey and her team. The peace of mind I have because even my youngest (4yo) is competent in the water is wonderful and my eldest (ASD, 10yo) is ahead of his NT peers.

I would recommend this swim school to everyone, very professional trainer and both of my kids love their swimming classes. We travel almost 30 mins every Saturday morning to Waterwise in Canning Vale because we love this swim school so much! Our eldest son joined over four years ago when he was 2.5 years, gaining essential life saving skills as a 'survival swim' graduate. There are very few survival swim schools in Perth and we are so happy we went with Stacy and her team. These days both my son and his little brother attend weekly group classes and continue to make excellent progress every week. The facilities are great, it's not too big (so isn't as noisy as larger swim schools), and there is plenty of seating for parents to observe. Highly recommended!

Worst swim classes added with very bad franchise ownersOn my second day of my kid’s class due to unforeseen circumstances I came in 10 min late for the class. When I approached the team member, she told me that now I need wait for some time as I came in late, and they will provide us with a class. After waiting 30 min or so the trainer took my kid in spent like 2 min when another kid who was running late was taken in by her. As soon as the other kid was taken in, she left my kid sitting on the yellow bench in centre of pool for good 13 minutes while attending the other kid. Total class was finished in 15 min instead of 30 and she took my kid off the pool stating that's the best they could. I was very unhappy with had happened; I approached the owner about how this situation was not handled correctly, rather than offering an apology he blunted offered me a makeup class. Next day Stacy emailed us stating that's the best they could do when are running late, on several occasion I tried to explain it to her that they made the matters worse by brining my child inside the swimming pool as he felt like he was being punished and made to sit in one corner, they would have rather cancelled the whole class instead of taking him. For some odd reasons the owners failed to understand that mistake was made on their side, and they just kept defending their position, Stacy is a very rude owner stay away. I clearly felt that my kid was discriminated over the kid who walked in late. I made the decision to cancel the whole term and pull out my kid where they humiliate you in such a way.

Waterwise swim school is a fantastic faciltity, staff are super friendly and always accommodating. My little one loves going every Saturday and does not like to get out of the pool as he enjoys his lessons with his teacher every week.
